In compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) we would like to inform you with the methods required on the processing of personal data provided. This document will allow you to be aware how we use and protect any information that you provide to us and it is only valid to the processing of personal data relating to the website www.muroy.pl (the “Site”).
1.DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Muroy with registered office located at Nysa, Poland.
2.TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
PERSONAL DATA
The Controller will collect and process the following personal data like common data and contact details, such as name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other data which you will supply from time to time through forms present on the Site.
NAVIGATION DATA
These data, required in order to use the Website, are processed solely to obtain statistical information on the use of the Website services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or per day, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check the proper functioning of the Website itself and of the services offered through it. This category of data includes: log files, IP addresses, user terminal domain names, uniform resource identifier (uri) notation addresses, server request times and methods, server responses, other operating system parameters, and the IT environment used by each Website user. Navigation data are not stored for more than 7 days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation, without prejudice to the potential need for the Judicial Authority to investigate crimes.

During navigation, the Controller also collects cookies (small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between the Website and the browser).

3.PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
MANAGEMENT OF YOUR REQUEST
Your personal data will be processed to follow up on requests made by you from time to time through the Site such as, by way of example and not of limitation, request for information through the “contact” form , registration on the Site. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with current regulations, is to deal with a request made by you. Therefore, the Data Controller does not require your consent for the data processing. To manage your request, your personal data will be processed for the time that is strictly required and, in any case, will not be stored for more than [6] months. However, in the event that you request registration on the Site, your personal data will be stored for as long as you wish to remain registered. In order to fulfill legal obligations, your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for this and will subsequently be stored exclusively for the time required each time by applicable regulations (including provisions of limitation of rights).
MARKETING
Following your request, Muroy may also process your personal data to send you communications of commercial or editorial nature through newsletters. For the processing of your personal data for this purpose, your consent is required which forms the legal basis for the processing in accordance with current regulations. The data collected will be processed by the Data Controller until you decide to revoke your consent and/or obtain the termination of the processing. 4.METHOD OF PROCESSING
The Data will be collected and processed in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, through manual or automated methods, always within the limits of the processing purposes described above and, in any case, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Data.
5.TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The website is hosted in an EU country. If communicated to subjects in Non-EU Countries (for example for direct contacts with our sales /contact network, social network platforms, etc.), personal data will be transferred to Non-EU Countries to comply with the above-mentioned purposes. Data will be transferred within the limits and under the conditions set forth in art. 44 et seq. GDPR, to Non-EU Countries, to subjects providing suitable guarantees for the transfer in compliance with arts. 45, 46, 47 GDPR. 6.DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
You have the following rights concerning your data processed by Muroy:
Access: You have the right to access personal information that Muroy holds about you.
Rectification: You have the right to ask us to rectify information Muroy holds about you if it is inaccurate or not complete.
Erasure: You can request that Muroy erase your personal data. We will keep basic data to identify you and retain it solely for preventing further unwanted processing.
Restrict Processing: You have the right to ask Muroy to restrict how we process your data. This means we are permitted to store the data but not further process it. We keep just enough data to make sure we respect your request in the future.
Object to processing: Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to Muroy processing your data. Muroy will discontinue processing your data, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing. We will keep basic data to identify you and retain it solely for preventing further unwanted processing.
Data Portability: Where processing is based on consent or performance of a contract, you have the right to data portability. Muroy must allow you to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes in a safe and secure way without this effecting the usability of your data. This right only applies to personal data that you have provided to Muroy as the Data Controller.
